Multiple Items in One Order
- We strive to deliver all items in your order simultaneously. However, different shipping options may apply to different products, causing them to be shipped separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once each item has been dispatched.
Changing Delivery Address

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct details.

- If you cancel your order more than 1 hour after placing it, any applicable return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
- Providing an incorrect address that results in a lost or unrecoverable package means you bear the loss. VibeCloset will not replace the order or issue a refund.
